Zero to one is a sweet-spot I enjoy, and so is creating structure to ensure effective collaboration and growing UX maturity within organizations.
With 6 years of management experience, I’ve led UX teams across bets and products during major organizational challenges, transitions, and during leadership gaps.
I care deeply about UX and the talented specialists whom I’ve had the opportunity to work with and help guide during their projects and careers.
My knowledge of people and organisations means that I cut through the system to deliver value to users via successful products, whilst maintaining team wellbeing and customer happiness.
