Care Studio a suite of products and a platform enables healthcare organizations to store, manage, and analyze patient data securely in the cloud.

Interoperable healthcare data for better outcomes

It brings together patient records from the multiple systems an organization uses – giving clinicians a centralized view of patient data and the ability to search across these records.

  • Healthcare is in the midst of a digital and data transformation. The crux of reform lies with interoperability. Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) is the global industry standard for passing healthcare data between systems and with tooling and expertise holds immense opportunity for health systems to unlock the value of data harmonisation.

  • I returned from maternity leave to manage teams amidst rapid change (pandemic, the “great walkout”, and company reorgs). I spent two years bringing the data platform UX team together (6 UXers), up-levelling design leaders, and augmenting UX specialisms.

I led 13 UX practitioners across 4 product lines and 3 geographies, when 2 UX managers and 1 UX director left. I transitioned teams towards new managers and ensured continuity of commitments, and career growth for designers, ensuring wellbeing took a focus which additionally circumvented attrition.

I then moved onto the front-end product to manage a team of 5 senior UXers.

I took part in the organization’s leadership team and board meetings. The wider “google for clinician’s” organization comprised of 350 total staff - specialising in engineering, data science, deployment, business development and product management.

  • Working with designers, product managers, ethicists and IDEO to create a practical toolkit for ethical ai.

My time with the UX team was fantastic in every way, thanks to how fantastic everyone was. I also had the pleasure to work with seasoned engineers whom educated me in infrastructure design and data orchestration.
